Skin N Tonic is helmed by seasoned beauty therapist, Nilam Pala. With over two decades of experience in the beauty industry and training from The Beauty Therapy College of New Zealand, Nilam has honed her skills working at various day spas and high-end beauty clinics in Remuera and Herne Bay. Prior to owning and managing her own clinic for four years, she was also awarded the Body Therapist of the Year award.

Nilam is a lovely person and does a good job. I had a voucher given to me for a present and made numerous appointments. Unfortunately, her time management and her commitment to customer service left a lot to be desired, every appointment I made something went wrong with the pre-booked times.

I had a really bad waxing experience at one of those places in the mall and was really nervous about getting another wax, I booked in with Nilam at Skin n Tonic she assured me that she would do her best to make it as painless as possible.
