Nilam is a lovely person and does a good job. I had a voucher given to me for a present and made numerous appointments. Unfortunately, her time management and her commitment to customer service left a lot to be desired, every appointment I made something went wrong with the pre-booked times.

I had a really bad waxing experience at one of those places in the mall and was really nervous about getting another wax, I booked in with Nilam at Skin n Tonic she assured me that she would do her best to make it as painless as possible.
